Although many people will just ‘’ roll ‘’ their eyes when they hear about this, gluten can actually cause a serious problem. It is important to note that gluten intolerance is not actually an allergy but a sign that there is a problem with the gastric acid.


01: Chronic migraine

Headaches are common in people who are intolerant to gluten. Usually occur 30-60 minutes after meals.

02: Itching skin

If there is a problem with the digestive tract, it can sometimes manifest itself in itching, eczema, dry or irritated skin.

03: Fibromyalgia

This disease is also known as soft tissue rheumatism and is a pain in the muscles, tendons and ligaments. It usually affects females.

Symptoms of lactose intolerance are heartburn, feeling bloated, or simply do not feel well after consuming dairy products.
