This is The Diet that Transformed Adele! She’s Lost 30 Pounds and Looks Better Than Ever!

One of the most famous British singers – Adele used this new diet and managed to get the long – desired figure. Sources close to the singer say that in the past few months Adele lost about 33 pounds, thanks to the book ‘The Sirtfood Diet’ which was published in the UK in January.
Pete Geracimo, a longtime coach of Adele is big fan of this way of eating for which studies have shown that it helps to regulate metabolism.

Authors of the book are the certified nutritionists Glenn Matten and Aidan Goggins, and the diet is based on consuming foods rich in sirtuin (class of proteins that also have anti -aging properties and help to control diabetes).

Food rich with sirtuin are: kale, citrus fruits, olive oil, dark chocolate, apples, strawberries, blueberries, green tea, red wine, red onions, parsley, onions and many others. Meat doesn’t belong in this set of groceries, but is also allowed. It is important not to replace ‘sirtuin’ foods with meat.

But this diet is actually quite restrictive. The first three days it is only allowed to eat up to 1 000 calories, and next four days you must eat  1 500 calories with two meals and two drinks troubled.

After these seven days you can eat certain sirtuin rich foods in unlimited quantities.

Goggins and Matten have tested this diet only on people who regularly exercised and all of them lost more then 7 pounds in seven days.

Nutritionists point out that this is primarily a healthy way of living, not another restrictive and unhealthy way to lose weight. The purpose of this way of eating is to boost your metabolism, immune system and to improve your general health.

If you want to lose weight on a healthy way, try this diet and don’t forget to share with your loved ones.
