Most of us having sleeping problems. Either late sleeps or early wake ups. Here is a remedy. A banana drink. Studies have proven that potassium and magnesium can help your muscles and blood vessels relax.


Banana tea

Ingredients:

.1 raw banana

.1 liter water Honey or sprinkle of cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

01. Boil water.

02. Cut both ends of banana and place in the water. Let boil for at least 10 minutes.

03. Pour the water into the colander and into the mug. You can also add honey or cinnamon to add flavor.

Drink this a hour before bedtime.
