Easy steps to reduce belly

Every inch is matter when you feel your belly size is high. You have to know there are some simple things you have to break to reduce the size of your belly.
There can be many reasons to increase your belly. May be due to an excess air trap in belly, may be from too much drink, may be eating junk food. These reasons can lead to increase the belly.
Eating too fast
In the latest study, published in the Journal of the American Dietetic Association, researchers found that women aged 40-50 who eat the quickest are more likely to be obese than slow eaters.  Eating too quickly, drinking through a straw, chewing gum or sucking on candies, will be the main reasons to increase your belly. Further you have no idea you have eaten this much and you will try to consume food more. Therefore take your time and eat slowly, enjoy food.
 Soda addiction
According to emedexpert.com Most of us drink soda. Some drink more than others. And probably many regular soda drinkers are aware that soft drinks are bad for the health. At the same time, United States ranks first among countries in soft drink consumption. When you are addicted to soda it cannot be digested. Artificial sweeteners of Soda can’t be digested.  Therefore it is important to cut down soda from your life or you can use soda by adding some ice cubes and drink it after a while.
Package food is your enemy
Package food contains more sodium. In package food you will have healthy food like soup and salads still those types of food will have sodium. Combine that with additives, and you have a recipe for disaster.
Cut down process food and consume natural food like fruits, grains, vegetable.
Eating close to bed time
Eat 3 to 4 hours before you sleep or only a piece of fruit or vegetable if you have no option. You can get your breakfast with a big meal.
It is just a small food allergy is part of your excuse
Some allergies can occur due to bloating and belly expansion. There this can result to a person’s discomfort. You should consult a doctor as soon as possible and make yourself comfort. Once you learn your allergy avoid them at all cost.
