It is a vital organ that supports nearly every organ in the body in some facet.  Without a healthy liver, a person cannot survive. Further the liver performs many essential functions related to digestion, metabolism, immunity, and the storage of nutrients within the body. Therefore, having a clean liver means health, vitality, healthy look and good mood.
You see Olive Oil is “magical”!
A recent study by researchers in Tunisia and Saudi Arabia has revealed that olive oil is a liver ally.  As part of their study, scientists exposed rats to a moderately toxic herbicide known to deplete antioxidants and cause oxidative stress. They found that rats that were fed a diet containing olive oil were partially protected from the herbicide-inflicted liver damage. Lemon is also an excellent and rich source of vitamin C, an essential nutrient that protects the body against immune system deficiencies
If you can consume a teaspoon of olive oil mixed with lemon juice each morning on an empty stomach you will feel the change after a month. As long as these guidelines are followed, the olive oil provides you liver protective benefits to live longer.
